I love being a stay at home mom, making dinner every night with my family, being present for every one of my kiddos milestone moments, never missing my kids games, being the TEAM MOM, not having the expense of day care and I loved homeschooling.

But once I retired from homeschooling, I really needed to go find a job. I must have interviewed 52 million times. Many of the jobs I didn't land. But many of the jobs... I did... and I turned them down. I deemed myself "unhirable" because I really couldn’t commit to the 9-5 with 2 weeks PTO. I just couldn’t figure out how to make it work… Turns out… there’s a lot of moms who feel the same way.

So now I put myself on a mission...

I want to show every UNHIRABLE MOM out there who wants to have flexibility in her life to be available for what she is called… to volunteer, to help a neighbor, to be there for her husband or her kids, to make dinner every night, to travel, or maybe even to homeschool… but still wants to contribute financially, I want to show these moms how to make it happen...

The idea for my new business MOMS DOING BUSINESS wasn’t created on a whim. It was painstakingly developed and molded over years and years of trial and error.

Over 10 years I’ve coached moms on how to start their own homeschool business. I learned how to work around my homeschool schedule. I learned to automate and I developed systems. Using my many years of working in internet development & marketing, I found ways to make tech work to my advantage and the Internet work for me when I couldn’t. I developed strategies and coached my moms on how to create their own strategy. And, today, I am sharing that info with moms everywhere who want to start their own businesses through MOMS DOING BUSINESS.
